So why does the electrolyte not mix to the top with these 27s on the actual recharge, as it does with 6s or T-1275s? (And I hope, with 27 size deep cycle AGMs)
The plates go bottom to top, so why doesn't the acid reform at the top too, but seems to concentrate at the bottom?
Seems silly to end up with a fully charged battery by its voltage, but one which is stratified. How could you even "exercise" the battery with a deep cycle every so often, if it won't de-stratify from doing that? Or even more hopeless, use one of those converters that give a shot of 14.4v every so often while on their 13.2v Float modes?
ISTR if you don't de-stratify, the concentrated acid at the bottom will eat the bottom of the plates off, so you have to do something to de-stratify the things. ?
