A Meanwell or Megawatt makes top charging or equalization a snap.
Connect the power wires to a battery. Connect a hardware store INTERVAL TIMER to the 120 vac power wire to the power supply. To stir a pair of group 24 batteries that are on FLOAT I would set the power supply voltage to 15 volts then limit the time to one-half hour.
NOTE Mix & match the 8 and the 4 amp light bulbs to get closest to 5% amp hour rating of your bank. Four L-16's? No problem. Huge charger then configure in series connection FORTY AMPS worth of light bulbs. Only a larger Meanwell or shop roll-a-round charger could do all batteries at once. Three paralleled 1oo watt 12 volt light bulbs would be close enough.
