I don't see how Si02 would be any good for K, considering their high cost.
I got one SiO2 for the TC which was being used just for day running or one overnight. Lack of battery space and the one SiO2 (which cost almost the same as four 6s!) would run the MW in the TC with the high amps it allows. This was for DW to go to local area dog events.
Then of course DW moved the goal posts. Now she wanted to use the TC for weekend dog events instead of the big Class C and the 100AH was not enough AH. You still need AH for more days camping regardless of battery type.
Now I was stuck. I didn't want to mix another cheaper battery type with the Si02 so got a second one. Big bucks. So it is all her fault! :) Also two regular batts can run that MW plus have the 200AH
Then Covid shut down the dog events and I have two of those things over a year old that have never yet been deep-cycled. Some days you can't pee a drop.
