Hi Johnny,
It checks voltage when it starts. After four hours it drops down to 13.6 volts, whether the bank is full or not. I.E. it uses a timer.
If I want it in bulk, I can toggle the wizard to get it to do so.
I have zero problems with my solar system "fooling" the converter.
