30 Amp Confusion
Hi, I'm a new RVer and have a question about an older (1989) motorhome. When I open the panel where my 30 amp electric cord is located there is a very short cord (about a foot) with a 30 amp male plug...

Well, I haven't figured out how to post a picture but I thank you for the answers. So, if you are correct then is this safe or do I need to upgrade the whole thing? I've had campers and another motorhome but neither had generators. Again....Thank you!!!
The box is hooked to those two cords on the left of it. The plug hanging on the end of it is a 30amp plug.
