30 amp to 15/20 amp adapters
I have seen many "dogbone" adapters that will plug into a 30 amp outlet allowing you to plug in any 110 cord or appliance. My concern is the circuit is rated for 30 amps. Unless you have a dead shor...

I am a EE by trade and intentionally used the word “guessing” in one of my posts because it was just my theory that I provided an explanation for. There is nothing wrong with ideas, theories and guessing on a discussion forum and I was being quite clear about what type my comments were.
“Worse” is when people provide “facts” that aren’t.
