Rejetting won't bring back all of the sea level power, as there is less oxygen, so there will be less power. But rejetting WILL make it the best it can be.
Oh for a set of needle valves we could adjust. Running rich cost performance and that's added to the altitude loss if you can't rejet. It would be worth it just for the gas savings.
