BlueSky's 30a SolarBoost 3000i and Tristar's 30a controller, both MPPT, seem to be the most talked about.

So again I recommend the Morningstar product.
Don't know much about SC2030 and I assume this would be chosen to save money. Not sure how much the link could benefit but if it enabled a variable absorption time based on charge level I would have it over the BlueSky.
