2x On the hair dryer. Get the surface nice and hot and peel a corner away, then point the hot air from the dryer at the back sticky side of the sticker and gently pull it off as you feel the glue release. Finish up with one of the glue removal products from 3M as mentioned or "Goo-Be Gone". Try a little of the removal product on a hidden spot to make sure it doesn't mess up the paint.
