Homey, I was told by several good minded people on this RV.net forum that BEV's are cleaner than ICE vehicles on day 1. As you know, I have disproved that notion; compared to ICE vehicles--more carbon emissions are produced during BEV's manufacturing process. Depending on miles driven annually and whether if the electricity is clean or dirty, BEV's carbon parity will come years or decades later.
I am rather surprised you chose your "personal freedom" (solar for noise reduction and no fumes) over preserving Mother Earth (carbon emission reduction aka Climate Change). Seems "individuality" is no longer vogue.
