4@12v = 24v
I'm installing 4 -12v AGM batteries to power a 24v inverter. This is my first choice for wiring: and my second: Any pros or cons to either one?

Which is better when nothing is wrong? Probable answer: it doesn't matter - although I do find it interesting that a battery itself is cells in series.
