Yes, #10 for 25ft if this is the total length. Meaning, 2 wires 12.5 ft each. Considering losses in all kinds of connectors, why not getting one size up, i.e. #8 for 25ft total length.
I asked the same question not so long ago, and got same answers based on calculations from same people ;)... Haven't heard from anybody with successful installation of 500W system with #10 wires. Though panels have become cheap just recently, 500W is still rare in Rvs. Note that you will need MUCH thicker cable from controller to battery.
Rogue is in production, but not on sale yet. Field testing the last model. Price $400. For 480W the Rogue should be fine, after 2 years 480W turns into 460W, silicon cells degradation.
