While I really like the Rogue MPT-3024, the new Rogue MPT-3048 is still limited to 30 amp output though the voltage input has been raised to 100v. I believe I have bumped up against the 30-amp limit a time or two with only 370 watts of panels. With 460 watts of panels, you would be most assuredly limiting your output.
The #10 wire will give slightly less than 1% drop over 15 ft. (30 ft. total) with panels wired in series and 2.7% drop if wired in parallel.
