460 watt solar setup: wire sizes?

I made two AVI movies (you can see I am NOT talented at movie making) to help explain what I am talking about regarding the Relay Driver Programming capabilities.
The device can be used standalone or integrated into the "meter" bus used by all Morningstar devices. I have my personal one programmed as a warning / alarm system monitoring both battery banks for voltage and temperature it then drives an LED and a sonalert telling to take a closer look see at the situation.
