460 watt solar setup: wire sizes?
I want to change out my old 50 watt panel and 10 amp controller with at least one and hopefully two 230 watt 24 volt panels and whatever controller would be best. Right now the roof on my fifth wheel ...

Don'tcha think a total of solar panels that fill up the bank by a little after noon is a few solar panels too many? Now how many, meaning percentage of RV'ers have that kind of roof space or money? Or use a hundred watt hours a day?
Most people try to do the best they can with what panels they have. Man I wish I had the money to burn to have to turn on all the lights at night in order to get my "money's worth" out of an excess of panels.
The medicine thing of course is used as perspective. What seems as insignificant loss daily adds up. To those who took sport with this, my advice: Don't look for a banking job, or CFO who floats positive account balances...
