That depends on what you want to do. The 45A converter is the charging capacity and now how much power you have. You have not said how many batteries you are going to have and how much you really plan to dry camp. Are you looking for convenience with your inverter solution or more plywood interior with minimal amenities? It sounds like you will be on shore power (generator or hookups) so in theory, you will only have a battery or two.
Two ways to do what you want:
1) High AMP charging converter (100 AMP) with a separate inverter to handle a couple of outlets. Problem is you have to turn the inverter on unless you step up to a inverter with an auto on/off switch which you can mount in the trailer.
2) An inverter/charger like the Freedom 458 solves both problems charging and inverting. Just pick a gang of plugs from the Elec. panel and those will be on your inverters 15A run.
If you dry camp a lot, go with 4 batteries (ie four 6 volts) and go with an inverter/charger like the Freedom 458. You can easily tap into existing outlets based on your elec. panel.
If you are hooked up to shore power a lot, then go with a 2000w inverter with a remote on/off (like a Xantrex). You will have to tap into which run for outlets.
