As I already posted the portable and hard wire Progressive EMS units are electrically the same. The only functional advantage the hard wire version offers is that because it's considered "field repairable" one can open the case and remove the delay jumper, thereby increasing delay from 15" to 136". The portable version is not considered field repairable and as such it's delay is fixed at 136" - otherwise the portable and hard wire versions operate the same.
