I guess I'm one of the 80% worked as advertised, simple to install. When / If there is a problem with it there is a 24 hour phone number to call for trouble shooting and a coach to walk you thru the process, after it problem is found, they will send you the parts to fix it and again the coach to walk you thru the process. there really is only 4 parts in the unit, the mother board, a display board, and 2 solenoids.
