50 AMP
A friend of mine has a an outlet and also the plug for a 50 AMP, the Red and White wires are mis-crossed. What will that do to his RV if he hooks it up? ...Thank you! Moved to Tech Issues forun fro...

More than likely he has 50 amp 220 volts if it is at a house. What will happen is it will destroy everything electrical in his RV if he plugs it in. RV's use 50 amps 120 VAC. It is different.
