You might want to contact Blue Seas Systems and tell them what they have been doing for 30-years is all wrong. Brass is not brass. Electroltically speaking many grades os brass hate each other. Working on commercial vessels I had to play it safe and use silicon bronze where 18-8 or 316 stainless was deemed inappropriate. Brasses that hate each other are a disaster. The electrolytic action with dissimilar percentages of zinc are disheartening. If the thought of electrolysis keeps a person awake at night a dab of neverseize otter calm jittery nerves. But stainless and copper and CU alloys works just ducky.
