50/30 amp RV Park standards?

In Canada the code requirement is a separate line for the 30 amp. Or at least that is what I was told when I wanted to piggy back a 30 on one leg of a 50 and two 20'ties on the other leg.
Where I am at now there is a 50, 30, and two 20ties on the pedestal. There are no circuit breakers, and I expect the 20 amp outlets are not split from each other.
