As a small RV park owner... I have individually metered sites with 50, 30, and 20 amp connections. I have a 400 amp underground feeder from the utility co. Metered and split into 2 - 200 amp breakers. I have 4/0 underground service cable from the 200 amp main daisy chained to each of the pedestals. So, in theory each pedestal has the potential to supply all 200 amps with the correct breaker and connector.
However, the pedestals/meters are rated as 125 amp service panels. And as such the wiring from the feed blocks is only #4 copper, limiting the current to 125 amps.
So, yes you can use both or all three simultaneously in my park... And since its metered I charge for electricity used. I could have a problem if everyone did this however since I have 7 pedestals wired to each 200 amp feed. I am assuming that not everyone will be using maximum amps simultaneously. I calculate based on 50amps at each pedestal and the electrical code allows a derate factor assuming that not everyone will use the max amps simultaneously.
