50A connector difficult to remove from power source

There's add-on handle / strap devices for those power cords, that fit over the face of the plug and wrap around it. I don't know what they're called or I would share a link.

Another option is to cut off the junky plug that has no handle and replace it with a nice one from Camco with a big molded grip
