I'll sooner believe the car that can run on seawater. - wanderingaimlesExplorerTriton Solar, same company claiming the new electric vehicle with a 700 mile range, that can pull a 20000lb+ trailer, strange they have all this new , off the wall stuff, and nobody seems to have heard of them before.

They also claim that their panels store the charge for use up to 72 hours. Two phrases kept echoing in my head as I read that site: 1) If it's too good to be true, it probably isn't; and 2) I'll believe it when I see it.
If it were true, they would be on every rooftop in the USA. - naturistNomadThey also claim that their panels store the charge for use up to 72 hours. Two phrases kept echoing in my head as I read that site: 1) If it's too good to be true, it probably isn't; and 2) I'll believe it when I see it.
- pianotunaNomad IIIwa7yxm,
No need to go to 13.6. They do sell inverters, too. - notevenExplorer III........
- doughereExplorerI'd be VERY suspicious of 55% claims. NASA's VERY expensive panels are about 35%, there is a write-up on a laboratory cell getting 47%.
Investigate further. - wa8yxmExplorer IIII agree the voltage is out or reasonable I'm not sure anyone makes an MPPT box that can take that down to 13.6 but.... Perhaps they could be prevailed to make ;em in different voltages.. Looks interesting, also looks flexable Imagine a solar awning From the looks of that you could get kilowatts off the average awning.
- LwiddisExplorer IIPossibly wonderful news!

My kinda stuff! 55% efficiency is a major breakthrough.
181 volts -- but they sell inverters too!
