It depends on the way they connected the jack's positive to the battery (should have a 30a fuse in that line--ours has a twist -in glass fuse in line) with the controller to battery positive path (should have maybe a 40a or so fuse or Dc circuit breaker on that) and the 7-pin to battery positive. (might have its own fuse too up by the kingpin.)
You know the 7-pin pos works and the ground. Those go to the battery posts. You know it does not work from battery or from shore power.
Somehow the paths from battery and converter are broken open but not the path from 7-pin to battery. How can the jacks work from 7-pin but not from battery when the 7-pin is on the battery? Seems impossible, but there must be a path from 7-pin to jacks that by-passes the battery even while going to the battery to charge it (or does the 7-pin do that now like it is supposed to?)
Only you and Jayco can find out what is really going on there! My Komfort diagram won't help you! :(
