The 7-pin positive wire must be spliced into the landing gear positive before the 30a fuse for the landing gear. (ie on the landing gear end of that fuse, not the battery end) That would let the 7-pin power the landing gear (from truck battery) even when that 30a fuse is blown.
But now if the fuse is blown the 7-pin positive can't reach the trailer's battery, and the trailer's battery and converter can't reach the landing gear.
