5th wheel slideout gasket

I have to replace the slide gasket (double wall seal) on the main galley and bedroom slides.
I was quoted $220 for 30 ft. I will replace them myself. Is this price reasonable? If not, is this type of gasket available on line somewhere?
Does anyone have experience with replacing them? i.e. special adhesive, cutting, techniques...
