A 300W will more than run your entertainment system. I have 5.1 surround, a receiver and a 26 inch LCD TV. My 300W will run that and the second 23 inch LCD at the same time no problem with some room to spare. I also have a Go Power 300W PSW like smk does, very happy with it.
EDIT: My entertainment system draws about 180W altogether.
