I have used four different panels and even tracking the sun at high altitude on a cool day I never saw the rated wattage. Using them flat mid summer is pretty good but the low sun of winter is going to have a big effect on output.
My 220w mono put out 205w tracking at 5000 ft on a sub freezing day.
The 230w poly 216w at 10,000 ft, mid day, mid summer in the 70's.
245w mono 226w at 10,000 ft just above freezing.
250w poly 230w at 5000 ft tracking and 220w flat mid summer, mid day.
My system is three of the 250w flat. I have done the ground testing for the summer and will start the winter testing here soon. Should the low angle affect them too much, I'll make them to tilt.
