Those are standard hi-current RC battery connectors. You can also buy them HERE
Personally I prefer the EC connectors.. Much easier to solder without melting things. The EC3 is good to around 60A, and the EC5 to about 100A
Can't comment on life, but these are battery connectors that are inserted and pulled several times a day when flying or driving and I have never heard of anyone complaining about them wearing out. Probably happens at some point.
