What size wire are you using from your panels to the fuse box? SO the thickest two cables (yellow & red) are the 4/0 those both go to your inverter? The smaller are 4 awg? those go between the charge controller and battery bank.
Thanks again for sharing your setup.. I am new and have some design ideas in my head, I just don't want to buy $2000 in stuff only then to determine I have the wrong stuff
