My panels are in series creating about 7.5 amps and 90 volts. This 90 volts should be used with due caution same as home 120vac power. The panels included MC4 connectors. I bought a 100' MC4 cable with #10 wire to connect to the panels and down to the switch. The wire is fairly stiff with about 10 strands. Insulation is UV rated. I cut the cable in half to use the connectors on the panels and the cut end attached to the switch. With series there is no combiner box or extra connections. Just a direct pull down the fridge vent, in across some cabinets, through the floor, across the bottom and forward to the front compartment. This wire is just black so polarity must be verified with a voltmeter before you connect. Reverse polarity can damage the controller.
You can get this MC4 cable in #14, 12, 10 and #8 depending on your application.
