Just a quirky note,
On a larger series parallel system that must have a confusing battery layout, I use RED and YELLOW, green on the series interconnects. Stops REALLY EMBARRASSING mistakes. Not many #4 AWG earth ground bonding cables in an RV. Long run series green gets #2 AWG. I use a Brady label maker to ID my wiring anyway.
