On a nearby page, 369, there is a whole bunch of 125 VDC and 250 VAC rated ABC fuses. So they are rated at the same amperage in both AC and DC use.
1BX45 is the correct 15 amp fuse, 4 pack is about $10. Rated at 125 VDC and 250 VAC, it will work for you. On the same page is a fuse holder.
