AS you see, it is extremely difficult to do. Remove the rf headlight assbly for easier access, you then have to figure out a way to squeeze up in between the cap and the evap housing to take it loose. Removing the firewall to front cap braces also help a little. This is a poor design by National and it is true of all models not just the Tradewinds. Doug
