Ralph, maybe you have never been in an industrial environment. All the ugly stuff is out back. Repair holding lots, vehicle shipping, deliveries, emergency fire/water tanks, freon tanks, welding gas, mobile equipment repair and skilled trades facilities....
I've only been to factories for GM, F, Chrysler so maybe tsla has the ability to have zero vehicles needing something. To not have any issues from outside vendors, paint, damage while building, parts shortages, in production part changes etc would be amazing. Whoever is contracted to mow the lawn seems to be doing a good job.
