Its not so much the car failed, the man did from an economic perspective. There were no government subsidies then, at least not like now. It also doesn't help when you have 3 of the largest corporations in the country at the the time against you in anyway possible. How many politicians did GM and Ford have in their pocket in the late 40's? Case open! Perhaps Musk should study Tucker more.
When Musk busts through this anti competitive cronyism there will no stopping Tesla.
There is no stoping Tesla even now,,one can always buy their cars online..
