Can you locate somewhere internal impedance values for several AGM battery models showing how they compare? I'll bet that Lifeline is not "a lot" less internal resistance than many other AGM battteries.
I've read for years that if one has a charging system that can handle it, AGM batteries, in general, can be charged considerably faster than flooded. (Given that one watches their AGM's case tempertures to prevent thermal runaway resulting from the heavy charge current heating.)
Just as a reference point, the AGM batteries in our RV show in print in their specifications that they have an internal resistance of 3.5 milliOhms.
