Nope that is "Temperature Anomaly", not temperature. That is a number generated by people who make money by making these claims. And they use secret algorithms to generate these anomalies and these anomalies periodically change in such a way to make the anomalies always higher.
Remember: "numbers don't lie but liars figure."
If you can find the actual raw temp curve for the last 100 years it looks just about flat with a slight upwards trend.
