An air bag. Everyone should ignore this warning. Yes, sometimes folks get hurt due to an air bag. People also sometimes die while wearing a seat belt but that does not mean you should stop wearing a seat belt and you should never attempt to disable an air bag. You also need to be wearing a seat belt to help ensure your air bag will do what it's designed to do.
