Somebody should check the breaker and outlet connections
And maybe replace them
I suspect there is heat damage and maybe. Loose connections
And a new end plug on the 30 amp shore power
While your at it check all the connections in your breaker panel
Hots on the breakers, neutrals too, on the buss bar
Be safe unplug first, turn off service from the house before checking the breaker and RV outlet
