I opened up the portable AC and it is clean inside. But I found a crushed spot on the extension cord from something sitting on it. I think a new cord will fix that one. The voltage at the portable is 124 when Rv voltage is 107
I have RV service on 30 A breaker. 107.2 V at outlets in RV when AC is on, 123 V when off. Portable unit has cord plugged into the garage circuit. It is independent from RV 30 A service. I can unplug shore power from RV and portable will stay on.
