Do you have that backwards? How can the voltage on one outlet be higher than the voltage to the whole RV?
I have RV service on 30 A breaker. 107.2 V at outlets in RV when AC is on, 123 V when off. Portable unit has cord plugged into the garage circuit. It is independent from RV 30 A service. I can unplug shore power from RV and portable will stay on.
