Second AC on 30A. Both will not run at the same time on 30A if they are the larger units. And you are already having trouble with one AC.
You could add a second AC and a second 20A power cord.
There are several basic ways to upgrade to 50A. They are all involved and somewhat expensive. But once done you'll have 12,000 watts of power vs 3,600 for 30A and you can run everything at the same time all day long.
