A/C Compressor Shutting off Mid Cooling Cycle

We spent a week in the southern KY heat and humidity last week and had some A/C troubles, luckily not until our last day though.

The unit will come on like normal with both fan and compressor running, then after a period of time, maybe 10-30 min later you can hear the compressor kick off, yet the fan continues to run and the thermostat is still calling for cool (fan in "auto" mode) then you will hear the compressor attempt to kick back on at which time it will trip the 20 amp breaker. I assume it is kicking breaker because the compressor has not had time for the head pressure to reduce.

The voltage at the CG was bit low but nothing crazy approximately 113V when A/C is running. The unit is a 2012 model Coleman Mach. Any ideas why the compressor would be shutting down?
