I'm looking to avoid it going into the drip rails for now. It needs all new caulking (Cracked, deteriorating)and really, A new roof. Some idiot thought it would be great to spread composite roofing tar all across the front and back and around every opening. (Plumbing vent, Skylight, Etc...). But otherwise, Those are great ideas. Thanks.
