Exactly twice my a/c has frozen up.Once last year and just this weekend. Both times it was very hot and humid and the unit ran all day trying to keep up and at some point the fan speed was set to low...

Wasn't trying to regulate the A/C so much......was trying mitigate the noise from the fan on high.
Can the evap coils be cleaned from inside- or is this done from the top?
