Icing is also caused by Chilled air being drawn into the warm air side. You might check to see how well the warm air side is sealed form the cold air side!
I was having icing issues, UNTIL I took a good look at how well the two side were separated, it was not good!
I took a bit of time, but using foil duct tape completely sealed the chilled side from the warm side, problem solved!!
If working correctly in humid conditions you will get a steady flow of water from the condensate drain.
