Ac unit problem ?
My 1998 32 Ft. bounder ,When the ac is in auto mode and you turn the thermostat up it .Instead turning off the cool air it turns on the floor heat .

Ok, there are two meanings to AUTO.
1: On my A/C "Auto" is an option on FAN SPEED. and that is what it controls.
2: on some advanced Thermostats AUTO means "Automatic selection of heat or cool" and if it's cool, so you turn up the thing (increase the temp set point) you get heat.
Sounds to me like working as designed,, Operator understanding error.
I am from Michigan where this kind of thing would be real, real, handy don't you know.
