Some PVC polyvinylchloride insulated wire can be carefully spooled onto a pencil using parallel winding. Place in oven at 200F 90c for an hour (do a batch). After an hour remove from oven and stick in the freezer for a few hours. Presto! Coil Cords. Neoprene Hypalon also gets a memory. The finer strand wire works best. Imside, the BORG is very busy.
