That is the currant it would be providing, so it would replace 15a or so a hour. Where you are and what time of year it is will dictate how many peak hours you have, it will produce in off peak times too, just not as much.
Get your loads, battery capacity and solar balanced, you could use the alternator as a back up considering your freezer can go a few days.
